The booking

• can be made directly online in 3 steps:

1. Type in your date of arrival and departure (please have a look in the table of availibility whether the period is not reserved) and calculate the fee.
2. Add your personal details (name, adress etc.)in the booking form and click onpreview
3. If all is right click on "submit" - ready!. You will see a confirmation page with all details which you can print. I will send you the confirmation and invoice immediately.

• or by sending a letter (Ferienwohnung Kronegarten, Heinrich Krobbach, Usinger Str. 6, D-60389 Frankfurt) or Fax (Fax +49-3222-6802919).
  Please proceed step 1 and 2 like above. On the preview-page you can print the booking form.

Please note:

• The general contract conditions (see link above, right), which you accept with the reservation, apply to the letting contract.
• The contract will be effective with the reservation confirmation (by myself) and upon receipt of the pre-payment.
• The total rent is payable 7 days prior to arrival (bank transfer or cash in exceptional cases, e.g. late reservations).
• Cancellation 30 days prior to arrival results in a handling fee of 10 euro; 7 days prior to arrival results in a handling fee of 50% of the total rent (less the pre-payment) unless the apartment can be otherwise rented for the concerned period. Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival, or nonappearance, the total rent is to be paid, less saved expenditure by me.

If you want an insurance in case of cancellation, I recommend
European travel insurance.
